St Clair

A summer's day at St Clair Beach, about a 10 minute walk from our house - wetsuits are the way to go (39kb) We rented boogie boards and wetsuits, although Tam and Sara bought wetsuits later (25kb) Heading into the surf - heavily patrolled by the surf club, because there are a lot of dangerous tides (36kb) The water was pretty brisk, but the sun was nice and warm on this day (24kb) Mowing our little lawn in St Clair - takes about 15 minutes! It's an electric hover mower - no wheels, but when you turn it on, the blades create enough lift for you to push it around (94kb) St Clair Beach in the evening - a great place for a run or a nice stroll (16kb) Looking back over the playground from the beach toward the hills that surround the city (24kb) The higher peaks are around 680 meters above sea level (33kb) Looking down our street one evening - our house in on the left, with the double peaked roof (30kb)
It's a nice view toward downtown and the hills - Joe and Sara walk in this direction about 10 minutes to go to school (18kb) The moon over the hills behind our house (9kb)
