Engineering Camp at Bucknell University will be held June 22-27, 2014.

Program Description

The College of Engineering at Bucknell University invites you to Engineering Camp 2014. This program is an academically challenging, hands-on introduction to various engineering disciplines, topics in technology, and how basic scientific phenomena are applied in engineering design. The curriculum includes classroom instruction, laboratory demonstrations and experiments, and a variety of other interesting and fun academic activities.


The camp has two concurrent programs. Acceptance is subject to review of teacher & guidance counselor recommendations. Academic records may be requested by the evaluation committee.

Program 1: Open to students who will have completed 7th, 8th or 9th grade by June 2014.

Program 2: Open to students who will have completed 10th or 11th grade by June 2014.

Benefits of Participation

This summer program is designed to prepare you for the college experience, with seminars by university professors, instructional demonstrations, hands-on experience in the laboratories, and the opportunity to meet other students with similar interests.
