Comparative Connections, a quarterly e-journal on East Asian Bilateral Relations provided by Pacific Forum. Based in Honolulu, Hawaii, the Pacific Forum CSIS is a non-profit, private, public policy research institute which operates as the Asia-Pacific arm of the Center for Strategic and International Studies of Washington, D.C.
