The Eighth Annual IAFFE Teaching Workshop, organized by the teaching and pedagogy committee of the International Association for Feminist Economics, is planned for
Friday, January 2, 2004 in San Diego, California, USA
The purpose of the workshop is to provide tools and skills that increase the economic literacy and critical thinking of our students. The workshop will be comprised of sessions addressing the nature and definition of literacy in general and economic literacy more specifically. The workshop will cover issues relating to information literacy and literacy for a global citizenship as well as provide opportunities for an interactive session regarding best practices for implementation.
