The Shamokin Creek Restoration Alliance, supported by an $11,000 grant from the Degenstein Foundation, is constructing weirs for flow rate measurements at high-flow discharges most likely to be treated soon.

This grant also partially supports the purchase of pressure transducers that will allow us to monitor flow rate continuously, and it will allow us to obtain chemical analyses on a monthly basis.
