- Focus the Nation 2009. Ronald J. Stouffer is a senior meteorologist at the Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Laboratory at Princeton and was one of the central players in the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the group of scientists who were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize along with Al Gore in 2007. He will be speaking on "The Role of the Oceans in Climate Change" and his address will take place from 7:30 to 8:30 pm in Trout Auditorium on February 5th
