Where have I been, where have I gone
Reflections are blurred with life's chaos
Perhaps it is that I chose to remain as one

Will I wander the forests alone ever searching on trails a winding
My roots reach into my soul for answers this mid-winter's eve
I know there must hope of me finding
An answer to my prayers - I do believe

I fight to stop the shedding of my tears
Nature as a soul mate holds me tight
