The Muddiest/Fuzziest Point
This is a variation on the one minute paper. Here are some typical
questions.

the most confusing point in the activity you just completed?

the most confusing point in the lecture you just heard?

What point
is still fuzziest for you at this point?
This exercise takes just a few minutes in most cases. Again, it's
a good idea to let the students respond anonymously if they want.
This exercise gives the instructor feedback on points that are most difficult
and some guidance on what to emphasize.
