Ok, you have written an outcome.  Pass your outcome to the person on your left at your table.  Evaluate the level in Bloom's Taxonomy for which the outcome was written.

        When all outcomes at your table have been evaluated, share results around the table.  For those outcomes at the two lowest levels (Knowledge and Comprehension) determine how the outcome could be written at the application level.
