         Dr. Abner Mallity - as usual - is in need of help.  He has a system that is a second order system, and he needs to get very precise control of the system.  He has decided to use integral control because it was strongly recommended by his chauffeur - Picup Andropov.  Without discussing Andropov's qualifications which include tinkering with the speed control on Mallity's car and getting three speeding tickets in the last week, the transfer function for the system - including the integrator pole is:

The Bode' plot is shown below - excluding the Ki term.  Note the left scale is the angle in degrees and the right scale is db gain.

  Determine the range of gains - if there are any - which make this system stable.
