• The desired altlitude of the airplane is 7000 ft.
• The system starts with an altitude of 5000 ft.
• You control the input to the system.
• The input starts at 0.
• You can increase or decrease the input to the system with the "arrow buttons".
• To operate the simulator,
• Click the start button.
• Control the input with the arrow buttons.
• The integral of the square of the error is estimated, and a score is computed based on the integral of the square of the error at the end of the run.
• Some hints
• The error is large at the beginning, so you need to get the error small quickly.
• If you make the control effort too large, the system can overshoot, and that will increase the integral square error.
