is an interesting logic circuit.

This circuit has the following
characteristics

There are 2 inputs, X
and Y.

There are 2 outputs, P
and Q.

The output of one NAND
is connected back to the input of the other NAND in both cases.

The "NC" means that there
is no connection where the wires cross in the circuit.
