Willy Nilly has another problem.  His mentor, Dr. Abner Mallity was puttering in the lab, assisted by his Russian chauffeur, Picup Andropov.  Neither of them seems very informed about logic circuits.  They have concocted this circuit, and they have asked Willy to tell them what it does.

• Determine the Boolean function implemented by this circuit.  Express that as you determine it from the circuit above.
• Fill in the truth table below for this circuit.  How many minterms does it have?
• For your Boolean function (above) draw a simpler circuit that implements this function.  You should be able to do that directly from your function.
