A Frequency Response Laboratory Problem - 5

Millie Farad and Willy Nilly are going at it again.  They previously asked you to examine this circuit.  Millie claimed that the circuit was a notch filter - a filter that passes almost all signals, but filters out one specific frequency in the applied signal, vin(t).

Millie has uncovered another circuit that may also have possibilities as a frequency selective circuit.  Here is the circuit.

Willy's first reaction is "Holy Toledo!".  After a little discussion, it seems that neither of them has any idea about how to analyze this circuit.  They don't have a prayer of predicting what this circuit might do.  The possibilities are:

l It's a low-pass filter.
l It's a high-pass filter.
l It's a band-pass filter.
l It's a notch filter.
Of course, it's always possible that it doesn't do anything at all!  Your job is to do the following:
l Analyze the circuit to determine what it does.
l Once you determine what it does, test it.
l If it's a band-pass filter, choose components
to select a signal at 1 KHz.
l If it's a notch filter, choose components
to filter out a signal at 1 KHz.
l If it's a low-pass or a high-pass, choose
components for a corner frequency of 1KHz.
