Problem - 2.6 - Just Your Average Circuit!
Here is an interesting circuit. There are a number of voltages, V1
through VN, that are attached to a common point at the output
node. For the moment you can assume that the voltage sources are
the outputs of LM35 temperature sensors. It is desired that the output
voltage be proportional to the average
of all of the voltage inputs.

Your problem is to
answer the following questions.

Is the output voltage
proportional to the average? If so, write a convincing argument to
that effect.

What is the constant
of proportionality when you have N voltage sources?

It is highly desirable
to have a constant of proportionality that is equal to one (1). If
that is possible what resistance values should be chosen for all of the
components?
