A Frequency Response Laboratory Problem - 4

Willy and Millie have gone for the weekend.  They left a little early for the International Lactococcus
lactis Festival (well known for its' cheesy culture).  You have seen the circuit they were working on, but it is reproduced below just to remind you.

Here are the specifications that they need to meet.

l The circuit should have a gain of 1.0 at
low and high frequencies (i.e. above and
        below 1000 Hz.)

l At 1000 Hz, the gain of the circuit should
be no higher than 0.1.  In other words, the
circuit must attenuate a 1000 Hz signal by a
        factor of 10.

This problem is a little different from other lab problems you may have seen.  Usually, you are asked to check whether theory holds true.  Here you must apply the theory to choose element values.  When you write your report for this lab, you will need to provide some logic that justifies your choice of component values.
