Dr. Abner Mallity's two graduate students - Willie Nilly and Millie Farad - have been arguing about expected file size.  They have to store data on a disk and they are need to know the exact file size to expect.  Here is a link to the data.  Willie says that each line (row) is terminated by a single character.  Millie says that the return is really two characters.  The size of the file can be found by looking at the file properties.  Doing that (check this!) the file has 103 bytes.  Who is right?
