Three friends - Allison, Brad and Chad - own a company.  All have equal ownership in the company.  Since they are friends, the don't want to destroy their friendship due to business decisions.  They have come to you for help.  They want you to devise a circuit that will record their votes electrically.  Each will have a switch - hidden from the other two - that can produce a one or a zero.  They need a circuit that will give a one whenever a majority votes positively on an issue.  A positive vote is a one.

• Find the truth table for the voting circuit.  Use variables A, B and C for the logic signals generated by Allison, Brad and Chad respectively.
• Find the voting function in terms on minterms.
• Show a circuit that will implement the minterm voting function.
• Find the voting function that is the simplest two-layer (sum-of-products) form.
• Show a circuit that will implment the simplest sum-of-products form.
