An Operational Amplifier Problem

Willy Nilly has found this op-amp circuit in an old textbook, and he thinks that he can use it as an amplifier that does not change sign.

Originally, Willy thought that this circuit had positive feedback, then he noticed that somebody had switched the "+" and "-" signs on the op-amp symbol.  He now understands that the circuit actually has negative feedback, and should work.  Now his problem is to determine the output voltage in terms of the input voltage and the resistors.  As usual, he doesn't expect the output to depend upon the characteristics of the op-amp.
