Jen Terry (class of 2016)

My name is Jen Terry and I am an Animal Behavior major with an Environmental Studies minor.  My research focuses on Japanese Giant Salamander reproductive behavior as well as sperm competition in marbled and spotted salamanders.  I also serve as the Event Manager of our lab for Spring 2016.

In addition to taking part in undergraduate research, I am a member of Beyond Unison (co-ed a cappella) and held the Chief Marketing Officer (2014) and Chief Executive Officer (2015) positions in my sorority, Kappa Alpha Theta.  I also work as a Student Event Manager at the Commons and as a Student Assistant in Housing Services.

Due to my internships at Clyde Peeling's Reptiland and The Wetlands Institute, research, and coursework at Bucknell, I am very interested in conservation and herpetology.  I hope to gain more experience in these fields before pursuing a graduate degree.
