To complete this project you will work in your small group. As a teacher of the biological sciences, you will encounter a number of discipline specific problems.. To complete this project, choose an issue which most interests your group. Try not to pic k the same issue as other groups. Thoroughly familiarize yourself with the issue and prepare an oral presentation of approximately 30 minutes to the class in which you present your "distilled wisdom" concerning how to successfully deal with the is sues involved. Provide the entire class with whatever written materials you think might be useful for their growing teaching resource files. Below are listed some of the problematic areas within the biological sciences that your group might wish to inve stigate. Use the associated resource page for each suggested topic. You may propose a study of an unlisted topic if that interests your group more than one listed below.
Each group should recommend at least two references that you think should be added to the existing bibliography in your topicUs resource page. Likewise, suggest for removal from the list any articles that you found to be a waste of time.
