This extensive page is maintained by a virology lab at Tulane University and is a great jumping off place to enter other virology sites both scientific and bizarre.

The Institute for Molecular Virology
Not quite as extensive as the site above, but is still a well organized and maintained page to start your exploration of virology on the Web.

Virus Reference Laboratory
This page from the University College Dublin has some interesting information on clinical testing and epidemiology, including links to the CDC and other useful sites.

This page has an excellent listing of virus pictures and taxonomy. Definitely worth checking out!

Pictures of Viruses
One of the pages at the Institute for Molecular Virology (IMV), this is a great place to see computer enhanced EM photographs and drawings of virus capsids.

Structural Virology
This is a hypersyllabus which allows you to directly link to lecture notes and other helpful and interesting information. I think the notes and diagrams about triangulation numbers are particularly useful.
