English 326/626: "Proteus" Sign-up Sheet

As specified in the ENGL 326/626 syllabus, this explication should involve such specific things as pronoun references, syntax, unusual and foreign words, allusions, geographical references, and any cruxes the passage involves. For this assignment you may choose any one page of the "Proteus" episode.

I will meet you in the 7th St. Café at the appointed time; please write down the time and place of the appointment, and please try to be on time, as we'll be on a tight schedule some days. Bring your copy of Ulysses, your copy of Ulysses Annotated, and your notes on the page you've chosen.
